Placing Orders & Order Requirements:
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or email. First time opening order minimum is $250. Items are sold per unit unless otherwise noted. Prices are FOB Livermore, CA. Prices, quantities, or packaging are subject to change without notice.
New accounts must prepay there orders by Visa, Mastercard, or Wire transfer. Established accounts receive 30 day terms from date of shipment. A 2.5% monthly finance charge will be applied to delinquent accounts. To apply for an open account a minimum order of $500.00 and a completed credit application must be approved. All international orders are wire transfer only.
Damaged or defective merchandise claims must be submitted within two days of receipt of merchandise.
We ship all back orders unless cancellation date is given.
